I liked the old basic free version
The old version was great. I’ve been using this for years. It always automatically updated to my Apple Fitness app and accounted for my calories burned. When it updated, all of that went away. I am even paying the $3.99 now and it’s still the same. And it keeps not saving my sign in and I have to keep clicking the sync to MyHealth. Paying changed nothing.
Have had this app for years but now it crashes every time I open it. I deleted and reinstalled and still crashing. Need to make sure updates don’t brick the entire app.
Use to be a great free body workout app. Recently they update the app and require monthly subscriptions. While not super expensive, still disappointing to have to pay for an app that used to be free.

This app was super cool. Been helpful for years however the new feature had me feeling really disappointed. The user interface is confusing and not user-friendly at all. I encountered several bugs that made it frustrating to use, and the features didn’t work as advertised. Previously there was an option to either use for free or purchase the advance version. Why make it compulsory to buy now especially with how confusing the whole thing looks now. Everything is horrible now! Won’t recommend
I’ve been using this app for my ab workouts since 2008. Regarding the 2025 App Update: WHO DECIDED IT WAS A GOOD IDEA TO REMOVE THE ABILITY TO PLAY MUSIC BEHIND THE APP?!?! Please add this feature back! I’m so sad lol
I used this daily for the full body workout. It was nice because it was random exercises every time and I just liked doing a quick ten minutes plus one target area after. Now the full body is no longer free. I hate subscriptions. I would rather pay one flat price.
I have been using this app for 10 years now because it’s basic, easy, and gets the job done. The new update is fine but the one thing I absolutely am so frustrated about is my music no longer works while doing my workouts? This makes me want to find a new app… I also loved when it would make a ding sound after every transition to let you know the timer started and this was taken out? Why? Can you please fix?
This is utterly useless. Im not going to login to a mediocre workout routine. It WAS convenient, no longer. Use to be easy. Now I must login by creating an account? For what? A free workout app? No thank you. Stuff it!

This app is great for me, I just did a five minute workout and it makes me feel amazing. The only thing that isn’t great is that it advertises a lot, but other than that it is perfect! 😁👌🏾👍😄😆

I am only 10 years old but it works great with kids and adults because if you are single and someone broke into your house you can get away with this app
I just can’t accept that it’s all body weight workouts except there’s randomly dumbbells mixed in and I don’t have any so it doesn’t feel right to keep the app if it’s dependent on one having equipment.
I feel more awake and like my muscles got a good work out. I hope to use this about 3 times a week.

I signed in for a Membership, but I’m not sure it took? What am I getting besides the free workout? Like the AB workouts, but not sure what I paid for for? Thanks
for people who want to get in shape but don’t have a lot of time. The app offers a variety of workouts that range from 5 to 30 minutes, so you can find one that fits your schedule. The workouts are also very effective, as they target all major muscle groups.
This is a good app, but I wish it was just like have more stomach options but I love this app and I like how gives you option to remind you and stuff but yeah that’s it. I recommend it.👁️👄👁️

If you want a free fitness app, you should download this app.After I went to Columbia,this app helped me get fit in 8 weeks.Though it probably won’t take that long for you, it will be worth it to get fit.It also provides fitness videos for you in case you want to try a new workout.
I know you are reading this and your like oh my gosh this is like every other review. But this one is different. This workout app is the best app I’ve ever used it has no ads besides the premium version of the app but it’s not a video; they have a workout for every thing you need and the workouts have a range of short to long. Which this workouts I’ve found that it give me a lot of durability and definition. This workout app has seriously helped me so much! Thank you for making such a great app!!!🤩

I am in highschool and used this app for the past week There are advantages as well as disadvantages to this fitness app. I liked the variety of exercises as well as streaming videos on multiple components of fitness such as the core, yoga, abs muscles etc. In addition to videos demonstrating before and after workout routines. Something that I didn't like about this app was the ads. It was bearable but annoying, also given the option to pay $23.99 USD for a premium subscription. This app was easy and straightforward to use even better with the instructors showing proper technique with very self explanatory instructions. I would recommend this app for people who want a quick exercises, or different instructed videos for working out.
I tried the butt workout for 30 days and my butt is super big now all the girl in my grade are like what app do you use for your butt
All exercises are good a variety and well presented in lay out to be preformed in good form.

So I just got this app but I did a few things and I love it. I have tried so many workout apps and I can never find a good free ones but this one is the best of them all. I will never pay a month subscription on an app because you could be a huge scam and not do anything. But I just did a few work outs here and already I can feel the work outs working. I am starting school soon and I was hoping to lose some belly fat and my legs and this works so well. So I am going to go and do a few more exercises so I can become more comfortable in my body.

I’ve only started for 10-20 minutes and I’m getting fit over time! I looked at my stomach and usually it blocks my feet but now it’s so skinny I can see my legs!

I use this app everyday for about two weeks and I’m starting to get abs, I only do it for five minutes a day and it’s working. All you need is a mat for the abdominal workout and if you do it for about two weeks for five minutes you'll either be toned or start forming abs. I like that it’s fast quick and easy, so that working out isn’t dreadful.
