Daily Workouts - Fitness Coach app good for

Even its the free version. Although it is so good. The app doesnt look good but it really works
I love the app! But am wondering if theres been an upgrade as my app wont suddenly wont load!
Love the ability to customize my workout daily. Great results after just one week. Struggling to feed workout results into Fitbit app though
Good basic work out routines for beginners and for home work outs!
I like the ease of access for this app. Good little reminder on my phone to do a little more each day.
Its a great app, you dont need to think and you dont get bored. Keeps you honest with your time per exercise too.

Some bad moments

Workouts based on time you have to complete them. Only have 5 minutes? Any of them will work!
Dont need much equipment or space to do this and have seen wonderful results. I would highly recommend this app to anyone who needs an at home/hotel room workout.
I really like this app I just started back working out and I like how it gets my individual needs I do wish that their was more that didnt have to b purchased so I have to do what I can with what i have I dont think I would have any other apps if I had the full version of this app
I usually tack these workouts on to my workout routine. If I get up late I can do these exercises and feel like I had a great workout. Its organized well, I can pick and choose the timing, I bring the intensity, i feel great after working out!!!
I love this app. It gives me a great workout. It mixes things up and works muscles I would otherwise miss.
Great app and nice variety of workout. I like that you can vary your workout length. Only wish was that it had modified versions of the exercise. Id recommend it to my mom. Maybe there is in the paid version. I am using the free app.
