I love how there are options on what you want to workout on but there should be one where is all together in little bits so you can get everything down in a half hour or something. But, still a great app!

The workouts seem short and easy, but the non stop movements and rapid transitions really make you feel like youve gotten a good workout no matter how long.
I stay at home with the baby and need motivation and this app is perfect. Its not too crazy intense but makes you definitely get in a solid workout
Really enjoying this app! The videos make each workout look attainable and they are! Nothing too hard or too easy, each is just right! Its been great to see how quickly you can progress in just a couple of consecutive days! Enjoy!
Love this. I use it everyday for the past 2 weeks or so. Everyday I do a different category (legs, arms, butt, abs, etc.) They have a large amount of exercises and I like how they have different timed courses. Ive seen great results with a good diet and these routines. I recommend for all!
Gives all the instructions you need and even lets you pick how long you want your workout to be! Workouts out all parts of the body! Love it!!!
