I dont want a gym membership for something I can do at home for free. Just saying. This is a great alternative!
I like it very much, specially if you are away and dont have you home machines to do your exercises. I would recommend it highly.

Easy Ap. Perfect to use for basics, entry level workouts. They should update and add chest or is this ap only for women? (Butt, Pilates, Kettle ball and all demo models are women).
This workout is awesome. My friend and I do they together. It gives us different options and levels of difficulty. Love it
Great workout app. I like the fact that it gives you different time options for your workout. And the exercises are really good. I also like video feature so you can know if youre actually doing the movements correctly.
I just downloaded the free App and I see that it is much better than the one I am using now. I wish you can choose and combine the workouts, from each category, that you like to do frequently in one section to use them continuously as a set whenever you want to.
Workouts based on time you have to complete them. Only have 5 minutes? Any of them will work!
